By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on my service.
All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic.
Czech Republic: €2.90
European Union: €8.00
Europe (non-EU): €8.20
Everywhere else: €11.50
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Processing time for orders:
All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days after receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic shipments are in transit usually for 2-5 working days.
International delivery time depends on the final destination, therefore international shipments may be in transit for 7-30 working days.
The shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the buyer so you will be able to track the movement of your shipment.
Delays & Losses
I am not responsible for any delays or losses. If something like that happens or the package arrives damaged, feel free to contact me (email@example.com), I will do my best to help you.
Customs & import taxes:
Customs and import taxes are not included in the price and may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If the buyer refuses to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination country, the package will be returned at the buyers expense, the amount for the goods will be refunded, only. Initial postage will not be refunded.
I accept returns.Buyer can return the goods in 14 days of delivery. All costs with the return of goods are borne by the buyer. Please, contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org), if you decide to return your goods. The refund will be made upon delivery of the package back to me. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
